What is Briskwalking ?

Briskwalking offers virtually the same health and fitness benefits as running or jogging, but without stress to the joints and risk of injury. Brisk walking means having to walk at the rate of about 4 mph with energetic arm motion. The difference between it and race walking which people misunderstood is that race walking is walking at the rate of 5 mph with quicker steps and arms at a 90 degree angle.

Apart from all that, if you don't enjoy jogging, the good news is that brisk walking could burn just as many calories.
